A friend has recently gone to Japan and though things were already alleviated and cleaned up, there are still huge remnants of the hardest hit places. And their issue with their population getting really small was not helped with this crisis.

But it would be very safe to assume that things are already fine on their end without problems to go against you on those times that would just be helped with a lot of consideration and thinking.
