The error message is "please enter your answer to the ryokan's questions". Are you missing some of the questions that might be written below the screen shot you posted, like the question about getting a pamphlet? Press the button next to the postal number to check if it is correct. The final error could be due to the type of characters used to enter the names and number are correct, especially for the address, try to enter full-sized numbers (half vs. full sized kanji)...
